- Is it safe for me to use my credit card when I order?
Yes, we are now using Paypal, which is a completely secure merchant
account system that automatically checks your credit card number and
deposits the money into our bank account without anyone even seeing
your credit card number or information. So it's completely secure.
In additional, Paypal will generate a receipt for your order as a
third party.
- How will my product be shipped?
All orders will be shipped via Fedex, UPS or United States Postal
Service.
- How long will it take to receive my order?
7 business days after you place you order.
- What is your return policy?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your order and want to return or
exchange it, simply email us at
figurine@wavedancingllc.com .
Make sure your subject line reads "returned item" and we will
contact you within 24-48 hours and take care of your return. Note:
In order for your return or exchange to be honored we must receive
an email from you 3-5 business days after you receive your order.
- Do you take international orders?
Yes. But the shipping cost will be higher than US addresses.
